The people at Think Food Think Life

Paul Lamb

Paul is an Occupational Therapist by profession, and this has brought him into direct contact with people suffering debilitating and fatal diseases, many of which may have been brought on by our modern Western diet and lifestyle and may well have been preventable. Paul now devotes his time to spreading the word about eating our way to health and vitality, and he himself in his mid sixties is an excellent example of what he preaches. This web site is a labour of love for Paul and it’s his way of sharing just how important it is to eat in a way that will give your body the nutrients (building blocks) to allow it to efficiently repair and heal itself and thus provide you with long-term health.

Paul would love to hear from you with any comments, favourite recipes, questions/answers and any gems of information that you come across. So don’t be shy, tell us your own food story, join our blog, post a message, subscribe to our site for periodic newsletters, send us an enquiry, and don’t forget to share our page with your friends and loved ones.

Paul and the team look forward to hearing from you.
